LW30-126 SF6 Circuit Breaker is principle of self-energy arc extinguishing is adopted, and the breaking performance is excellent; the arcing time period, the electric life is long, and the operation noise is small. The SF6 gas with excellent insulation and arc extinguishing performance is used as the insulating arc extinguishing medium, which has no danger of burning and explosion, and can be used in densely populated areas. The circuit breaker is equipped with a spring operating mechanism, which is simple and compact, safe and reliable.
1. Before installing the SF6 pipeline, the pipeline must be thoroughly blown with dry nitrogen, and the sealing of all pipeline flanges should be good.
2. Before installing the air pipe, the pipe must be thoroughly blown with dry air. During the installation process, it is necessary to strictly prevent dust and sundries from falling into the pipe.
3. When filling with SF6 gas, measures should be taken to prevent the SF6 gas from getting wet.
4. After filling with SF6 gas, use a leak detector to check the pipe joints and flanges, and there must be no gas leakage.
5. In the compressed air system (nitrogen), all joints and flanges should be checked under the specified pressure, and no air leakage is allowed.
